MEI Hockey has an official affiliation to the Trinity Western University Spartans (BCIHL)
MEI is proud to have a great affiliation with the Trinity Western University Spartans Ice Hockey program as a place for MEI hockey Alumni to use their gifts in hockey while going to a extremely good University to get their degree. This allows MEI players that have moved onto Junior hockey to have a home once their Junior career is over and allows players to play on a top end team in a very competitive league for 18-25 year olds. MEI players will stay in touch during their hockey careers and when the time comes to go to school we will help players in the process of attending Trinity. This affiliation also allows for future prospects to practice with the program and gain experience of what it takes by being involved in the program. MEI Hockey Plays in the BC High School Hockey League
MEI has a High School Team that plays in the BC High School League during the months of April and May. This league is competitive and fun and is a great way for MEI players to show their strong character while playing hockey. The High School Team may also travel to away tournaments and be invited on an international service trip. This is a competitive league but is for all players male and female, House, Christian League, and Rep players. Visit the B.C. MEI is proud to have a great affiliation with the Fraser Valley Thunderbirds Ice Hockey program as a place for MEI hockey players to use their gifts in hockey while playing in an extremely good hockey league for 15-17year old Grade 10-12 elite hockey players.
