• Assist in the day-to-day management of all athletics programs.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
The Accounts Receivable Associate supports the school’s financial operations by posting payments,maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the timely collection of outstanding balances.
Responsibilities include managing A/R ledgers, resolving discrepancies, and processing refunds, adjustments, and other related transactions. A flexible work arrangement may be available depending on the needs of the position and the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post, reconcile, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records, including payments, credit balances, refunds, and adjustments.
• Receive and process payments.
• Follow up outstanding and overdue accounts, working with families to arrange payment plans and resolve concerns.

• Maintain accurate and confidential customer records, including all correspondence and collection activity
