MEI’s Transportation Department is committed to providing the best and safest ride—whether it is to or from school, or to one of the many field trip destinations throughout the school year. As the first and last MEI face students see each day, bus drivers strive to create an environment that is respectful, enjoyable and safe for all.

To apply for bus service for the current school year, please click on ‘Bus Application for 2025-2026’ to download a form. Complete the form in full and email it to meibus@meischools.com.

ALL CURRENT RIDERS MUST RENEW THEIR REGISTRATION BETWEEN FEBRUARY 1st AND FEBRUARY 13th 2026. Any renewals received after that date will be considered new applications and processed accordingly.
NEW RIDER APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON OR AFTER APRIL 1st, 2026 WITH PRIORITY CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO THOSE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 17th, 2026.
Transportation fees for the coming school year will be posted below by May, 2026. Current school year rates will provide some indication of rates for next school year.
