Plans are underway for a 40-year reunion on Saturday, June 24, 2023!
April 18 Update from Ellie Mosychuk
Here’s an update on the upcoming reunion. Don’t forget to click here > “40 Year Reunion” Facebook event to RSVP!
We will begin with a casual, unstructured tour of the high school starting at 3 pm and we will head over to Evy (Thielman) Klassen’s right after. For those not attending the tour, you can come to Evy’s any time after 5 pm.
Evy has a huge back yard with covered seating, firepits etc and some indoor areas as well if it’s raining. If you have any fun outdoor games, please bring!
Please bring a lawn chair and an appy, salad or dessert to share. Burgers and buns will be provided. (Please RSVP so we know how many to buy) BYOB
We will plan for dinner around 6 pm. The evening will include outdoor games and an 80’s Trivia contest. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible. You are welcome to bring your spouse/partner if you’d like.

Hello MEI Classmates of 1979 – 1983.
Next year is a big milestone for us! 40 years since we walked the MEI halls together as classmates. Let’s get together and reminisce.
A 40-year grad reunion is being planned for June 24th, 2023. Please mark your calendars! It would be great to have people from out of town as well as many locals.
The day will start off with a tour of the school at 3 pm on Saturday, June 24. We can wander the halls together, find our old lockers and remember the good old days.
The location of the remainder of the day will be announced later, we have a couple of different options. Outdoor games (bocce ball etc.) will be planned, and the evening will consist of snacks and beverages that we all bring and share.
